Take the Performance Pool Challenge. See if you and post a better
score than David Rowell from Birmingham Alabama.

On September 5th David went through the entire deck and posted a
very impressive 805. That is going to be hard to beat.

David succeeded in making the five point cards three times thus
piling up a nice score before he got into the ten pointers. He lost
points on the safeties as I was able to make two shots from his
safeties. He also scratched twice and missed a twenty five pointer
twice.

All in all, 805 should be a score that will hold up for a while. I will give
it a try later this week.

If you want to post an official score you need to let me know so I can
announce that you are going to make this effort.

I will have my score, what ever it is, posted before the week is out.

The Monk turns in a 670
I really stumbled coming out of the gate with a minus forty as I
missed the third shot on the five point shots. Then I took a 0 as I
made the first shot and missed the second one.
So after three cards I was minus forty points.

We will see how good a 670 is when you turn in your score. I did
the five point cards one day, the ten the next the safeties and
the fifteen point card the next day, the 20 and then finished on
the last day with the 25 point cards.

This is a very good training program. You will find out where you
stand in your ability to make a shot, your ability to handle
pressure and your stamina at the table.

Email me so I know you are attempting to go through the cards.
Make the announcement and good luck to you.
Michael Houpert turns in a 1025!!!

I was in New York working with master Mike
Houpert and we decided to do the fifty two shots
featured in Performance pool. He did a great job
by turning in this incredible score. I am happy to
see this fine master shooting so well.

He had trouble with one card scratching twice. In
all he lost 75 points and still managed a record
breaking score.

Mike took some time off this game and then
called me to work with him for three days. He is
really doing well.
