A staff will be assembled featuring the following team members.
CEO: in charge of all operations. Tim Miller
Executive administrator: Will handle the running of the entire operation and will report to me and
share holders each week. She will be in charge of inventory control, business expense, publicity
exposure, and make sure all employees are motivated. Contact radio, TV and newspapers to
coordinate publicity. The EA will have a bunk on the bus and total access to my office/room. She will
also be in charge of a full scale whole sale program designed to get our outlets selling tables and
the rest of our inventory. He/she will need to get eight “host drivers” to drive the pro players
around the city we are visiting. These “host drivers” will be eligible free cue drawing at the
tournament. She will coordinate the activities of all the Pro Players with regards to their personal
appearances. She will supervise the banners and posters of the room. She will also make a brief
visit to the room one week before we arrive to make sure all the publicity is in place. She will do this
on Tuesday the week before and then return to the room we are performing in for the rest of the
week. The dynamics of a successful week in selected city will fall upon the EA shoulders.
Bus Driver: He/she will be in charge of all transportation. This person will also be in charge of setting
up The Monk Pro Tour Store. He will run this store for the entire week. He will be able to make new
shafts and do repair work on customers who need tips and ferrules. He will also install the lighting
for filming. He will assist the master table mechanic in charge of putting up the tables. All eight Pro
Players will assist him. The bus driver will be in charge of the travel supplies on board the bus such
as food and beverage.
Book keeper: We are going to use a book keeping service to issue payroll checks and maintain
accurate record keeping and report to CEO, EA and shareholders on a weekly bases. All stops will be
analyzed to see if we can improve.
The Monk Training Center Administrator: This person runs the Monk Training center and gives
lessons. He/she is also a potential touring pro who is in training. At all times we have a group in
training to begin a second tour.
8 Traveling Pro Players: Each week, one player will be designated to cook breakfast for the team. We
will always have a good breakfast and start the day with clear focus on our goals. Each pro will work
in the store one night during the week. They will be required to teach in the Saturday morning class.
They will be set up to do personal appearances throughout the trade area. They will compete in the
Saturday afternoon tournament and the Monk Pro Tour 9-Ball on Sunday. They are free from Monday
evening until Tuesday at noon. One player will be assigned janitorial duties for the week.
Camera & graphics designer: Camera’s will be installed to monitor all activity on the bus with the
hopes that we can create interesting footage for a future reality TV show. Camera’s will be installed
to watch the Monk Pro Tour Store. Camera’s will be used to film the tour event. This person will be in
charge of all filming and have a bunk on the bus. He/she will work in the store under the direction of
The Bus Driver. We will produce DVD’s of each event and offer them in our store. I need to hire this
girl soon so she can work on all the posters and banners.
League director This person will be in charge of league opperation and league development. He will
also handle the logistics of the banquets and league tournaments at the end of season.
